Installing ADOBE FLASH on PS3

Hi Guys,

Another newbee here.

I love watching movies (streaming) but most sites prompt me to load ADOBE FLASH...and I don't know how. :? Are there any informative tips out there? :oops:

all ps3 updates has to be in a fw update you can not update ps3 like you can a pc.
hate that 1 myself.
